We called the biggest unit after the Acacia tree. This apartment is rustic and unpretentious and includes a large open-concept living room that leads to a covered patio with a brick braai area.

This is the largest unit and is at the end of the row. It has one bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a spacious open plan living area opening onto a covered patio with brick braai and comfortable outside furniture. It has a large grassy, fenced, and gated garden.

- Ceiling fan
- Hair dryer and dressing gowns

The bathroom
This room contains the following
- Corner-shaped spa bath with 6 jets
- Separate shower
- Toilet and basin

- Soap, bubble bath & candles, toiletries and toilet paper
The Lounge
This room contains the following:
- Log fireplace
- 3-piece upholstered lounge suite
- Additional 3 seater sofa for convenience positioned on the other side of the unit (This sofa can be changed to a single or double bed for extra accommodation by arrangement)
- TV (DSTV – commercial bouquet with Sports, movies, Mnet, SABC 1,2 3 and Etv)
- DVD player
- Dining table and 4 chairs
- Books and playing cards
- Glass sliding door out to the patio
The kitchen
This room contains the following
- 4 plate gas stove and oven
- Microwave oven, kettle, toaster
- Fridge with top freezer compartment
- Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, wine & champagne glasses

- All cleaning cloths and detergents and washing up liquid
- Paper towel, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar
